Section 01

Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 6bd platform and all its services. By opening an account on the 6bd website (6bd.cam), you are considered to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" or "Site" means 6bd's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "you" means any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered on 6bd.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in your account (in Bangladeshi Taka).

Section 02

Acceptance and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on the 6bd platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must not have any previously closed or banned 6bd account.
• You are choosing to use this platform voluntarily and have the mental capacity to make decisions.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 6bd, accurate and truthful information must be provided. Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if proven, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

6bd may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. 6bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact 6bd support immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

It is your responsibility to update any changes to your personal information in your account settings. 6bd will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

6bd currently accepts funds via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing via a third-party account or card is prohibited.
• Deposits are processed immediately where possible; verification may be required in some cases.
• If a deposit fails, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• 6bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Any banking fees applicable to deposits and withdrawals are the responsibility of the user.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000 (ten thousand taka). The following terms must be met to receive this bonus.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times).
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers have their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated in the description of each offer. The following general policies apply to all bonuses:

• Whether multiple bonuses can be applied at the same time will be stated in the terms of each offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 6bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• If evidence of bonus fraud or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.
• 6bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Separate terms apply to reload bonuses, cashback, and other recurring offers.

Section 06

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

6bd offers betting on various sports events (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) and casino games. All bets will be settled in accordance with 6bd's rules. 6bd reserves the right to cancel odds or results that are displayed incorrectly due to technical errors.

• Sufficient balance must be available when placing a bet.
• In live betting, bets will not be accepted after the outcome has been determined.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount for that event will be refunded.
• In the event of any error or dispute, 6bd's decision is final.

6.2 Casino Games

By participating in casino games, you agree to also abide by the terms of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6bd platform. Violating these rules may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Bonus fraud — such as placing artificial bets or transactions to obtain bonuses.
• Using 6bd for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using computer programs, bots, or automation software to gain an advantage in games or betting.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's security or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Helping minors open or use accounts.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 6bd platform — logos, trademarks, designs, software, text, graphics, videos, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 6bd or its licensors. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

• Viewing and reading content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
• Using 6bd's logo or brand elements on any third-party site is prohibited.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying game software is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal information is protected by SSL encryption.
• Personal information is not sold to third parties.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

6bd is an entertainment platform. 6bd does not accept responsibility for the following:

• Financial loss from betting or gaming — gaming always carries risk.
• Loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connection issues.
• Account loss due to the user's own negligence or security breach.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.

Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before closure (subject to all applicable conditions being met).

11.2 Closure or Suspension by 6bd

6bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, forgery, or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
• If a self-exclusion request has been submitted.

Section 12

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 6bd and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through direct discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Step 1: Submit a complaint to 6bd support via live chat or email.
• Step 2: 6bd will provide a written response within 7 (seven) business days.
• Step 3: If unresolved, an attempt will be made to settle the matter through neutral mediation with the consent of both parties.
• English or Bengali will be used in all dispute resolution proceedings.

Complaints regarding gaming outcomes must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the transaction.

Section 13

Changes to Terms and Conditions

6bd reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via the registered email address or on the platform.

• Updated Terms and Conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
• If you continue to use the platform after changes have been made, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not agree to the new Terms and Conditions, please request to close your account.
